Objects derived from the work. A translation of image into form.

 

Collection D’Ection extends the photographic practice of Mr.Ection into physical pieces. Each item carries the same attention to presence, intimacy, and the body-held, worn, or placed. 

These are not separate from the work. They are fragments of it. 

The imagery remains central. The object becomes another way of encountering it=through texture, scale, and proximity. 

Nothin is added that isn’t already there. Only translated. 

BOOKS

A collection of printed bodies of work. Sequenced, held and returned to over time. 

 

PRINTS

Single images, isolated and given space. Meant to exist beyond the screen.

 

OBJECTS / APPAREL

Wearable and functional pieces drawn from the archive. Subtle extensions of the photographic work into daily use.
